1. The service

AmlerWise is a software service provided by Amlertech that helps businesses manage customer relationships, records, renewals, tasks and communications.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of members you invite to your workspace.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the customer data you store in AmlerWise. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to store and contact your customers. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use AmlerWise to send unsolicited messages, to contact people who have opted out, or in violation of the policies of messaging providers such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.

5. Not insurance advice

AmlerWise, including its AI features, does not provide insurance, financial or legal advice. AI outputs are assistive drafts that you must review.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Plan limits apply per workspace. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
