What we collect

Account data (name, email, workspace details), usage and security logs, billing records (payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers), and the customer data that you, as a workspace, choose to store.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send transactional emails, process payments, provide support and improve the product. Customer data stored by workspaces is processed only on their instructions.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant workspace data is sent to our configured AI provider solely to produce the requested output. Customer data is not used to train external AI models by default.

Consent and communications

Workspaces can record customer consent and opt-outs. AmlerWise blocks automated messages to customers who have opted out of a channel.

Retention and deletion

Workspaces can configure a data retention period and export their data. Account and workspace deletion requests can be made to support.

Security

Data is isolated per workspace, access is role-based, documents are stored privately and accessed via short-lived signed links, and sensitive actions are audit-logged.
